Confirm the address and return plan
For Bronx practices, include the full collection address and any reception or access instructions when requesting pickup. A requested collection window still needs confirmation from the lab team. If the case is urgent, call before submitting so receipt by the rush cutoff and the return arrangement can be discussed together. A digital scan removes the physical collection step for the files, while any additional records requested by the technician still need to reach the lab.
Restorative services for your practice
Work with one Brooklyn-based lab for crowns and bridges, implant restorations, dentures, partials and orthodontic appliances. AIM designs, mills and finishes restorations in-house. Send the prescription, shade and requested return date with your records, and identify any questions the technician needs to resolve before starting. Pricing is quoted by the team for the work your practice needs.
For pickup, prepare a stable package with complete impressions and bite records. For scans, include the prepared arch, opposing arch and bite. Use the impression checklist before sending either type of case. A same-day pickup request after 11 AM is typically scheduled for the next business day; 24-hour rush requires lab receipt by 12 PM and confirmation with the team. Those are separate deadlines.

Standard turnaround is 11 days for crown & bridge, 12 days for implants, 11 days for removables, 8 days for orthodontics. See rush options.
