Terms of Service
Effective October 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at aimdentallab.com (the “Website”) and the dental laboratory services provided by AIM Dental Laboratory (“AIM,” “we,” “us”). By using the Website or submitting a case, form, or request to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
Our Website and services are intended for licensed dental practices, dentists, and dental professionals. By using them on behalf of a practice, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that practice and to submit the information you provide.
AIM fabricates dental restorations and related products on the instructions of the submitting practice, based on the impressions, digital scans, shade information, and prescriptions it provides. Turnaround times, pricing, and service descriptions shown on this Website are general information. The specific terms of an order, including fees, timing, and shipping, are confirmed with the practice when the case is accepted.
Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating dentist. AIM's technical team may flag a case that appears unsuitable for accurate fabrication, and may ask for a retake or clarification before proceeding.
Warranty, return, and remake terms are described in AIM's written guarantee for each service. Those terms apply to the work we deliver, and they are the terms that govern any dispute about the quality of a restoration. Nothing on this Website expands or changes them.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, and for having the right to share it with us. This includes patient-identifiable information and digital scans, which we handle as described in our Privacy Policy. Where your practice requires a Business Associate Agreement with AIM, please contact us before sending patient information.
The Website's text, images, logos, and other content belong to AIM Dental Laboratory or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Other use requires our written permission.
Restorations we make for your practice are delivered for use with your patient. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, AIM retains rights to its own processes, techniques, and internal know-how.
The Website uses third-party services, including an embedded chat widget and email delivery, and links to third-party sites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control or endorse their content.
The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information on the Website is general and is not clinical or legal advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website. Our liability for laboratory services is governed by the written terms of the order and the guarantee that applies to it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
