Before you send a scan
- Check the scan. Clear margins and a full opposing arch prevent most questions before work starts.
- Implant cases need a scan body. Make sure it is correctly identified. Complex or full-arch cases may also need physical records, so call before submitting if you are unsure.
- Send by 12 PM for rush. Metro NYC scans received by 12 PM qualify for 24-hour rush. 2-day rush is open to every practice.
- We confirm receipt. Email scans to digital@aimdentallab.com or upload them online, and we confirm receipt within the hour.
