Crown and bridge lab in Brooklyn, serving NYC

Send your fixed restorative work to a Brooklyn lab where design, milling, finishing and quality control happen in-house. AIM Dental Laboratory has served dental practices since 1951, with digital scan submission and courier pickup across the NYC metro area.

Choose the restoration with the lab

AIM’s fixed restoration catalog includes full-contour zirconia, porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns, IPS e.max press crowns, porcelain laminate veneers, and inlays and onlays. Tell us the restoration type, tooth numbers and material requested on the prescription. If material selection or a bridge design needs discussion, contact the lab before submitting so the technician can clarify the plan before fabrication begins. Shade matching and standard finishing are included on every unit.

Digital scans and conventional impressions

Practices can send digital records through the case submission form or arrange collection of physical impressions. With a scan, include the prepared arch, opposing arch and bite, together with a complete prescription and shade information. Before sending, review the margin and coverage in the scanner software. For physical records, check the impression and bite registration before packaging. If you need advice about the records for a particular case, ask our technical team before scheduling the patient’s return visit.

Turnaround and rush planning

The published standard crown and bridge turnaround is an estimated maximum, rather than a guarantee for every case. Rush options include 24-hour service for metro NYC cases received by 12 PM and 2-business-day rush for practices nationwide. Confirm eligibility, the complete records required and the delivery date with the lab before promising a rush appointment to a patient. Courier collection time and lab receipt time are different: a pickup request by itself does not mean a case has met the rush cutoff.

Start with one case and a clear prescription

You do not need to move every case at once to discuss working with AIM. Contact the team about the case you are planning, request current pricing, and agree on the material and schedule. Use the downloadable Rx form for a physical submission, or include the prescription with your digital files. A named practice contact, reachable phone number and requested return date help the technician resolve questions before they become delays. Implant-supported restorations have a separate intake workflow so system and component details can be checked.

Published standard crown & bridge turnaround: 11 Days. See turnaround and rush details for planning guidance.

Prepare your records with our digital and physical impression checklist and download the Rx form.
