Questions dentists ask first.
A short assessment about the work you send to a lab. You enter your monthly units, remakes and chair time, pick a time for a call-back, and a detailed written report with charts arrives by email. Your AIM rep then calls at the time you picked to go through it.
Just rough monthly numbers. Estimates are fine, and there is nothing to upload or send.
Your remakes a year, times the chair time each one takes, times what an hour of chair time is worth to you, plus any fees your lab charges for remakes. Your remake rate is compared with a national study of 3,750 crowns, where 3.8% were rejected at try-in.
We would like your business, so it is fair to expect that. But the report is useful whether or not you send us a case, and you will not be asked to move your work.
