What AIM's Guarantee Actually Covers

A guarantee is only useful if you know exactly what it covers before you need it. Here's the plain version.

90-Day No-Questions Return

If a case doesn't work out for any reason within 90 days of delivery, we'll accept it back for full credit. Not "for defects only" — for any reason. We'd rather understand what went wrong and fix it than debate whether a return qualifies.

The Craftsmanship Warranty

This is where the coverage differs by restoration type, and it's worth knowing the specifics rather than assuming "warranty" means the same thing everywhere:

• Titanium implant abutments — lifetime warranty against breakage from defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under ordinary use.
• Fixed restorations (crowns, bridges, implant crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, and zirconia abutments) — 10-year warranty against breakage.
• Removables and appliances — a 6-month wear-and-tear warranty, plus a 10-year warranty against breakage from manufacturing defects.

The distinction matters: a removable appliance is expected to see more day-to-day wear than a fixed zirconia crown, so the wear-and-tear coverage window is shorter — but the manufacturing-defect protection runs just as long as it does on fixed work.

The Remake Policy

If a case doesn't pass your own clinical assessment, we remake it. No back-and-forth about whose fault it was, and no absorbing the chair time and schedule disruption a remake usually carries — just a corrected case. Why we do it this way

Most of what determines whether a warranty actually helps you is whether you have to fight for it. Ours is built so you don't have to — if something's wrong, the fix is the default, not the exception.
