What to expect when you send a case
1. Schedule a pickup or send a scan
Request a courier pickup through the pickup form, or upload a digital scan through Submit a Scanned Case.
2. We confirm the pickup window
Our team confirms your pickup date. Same-day requests made after 11 AM are typically scheduled for the next business day.
3. Include a prescription
Send the AIM prescription form with the case, with complete records and any open clinical decisions flagged, so work can start right away.
4. Your case comes back on a published timeline
Standard turnaround is 11 days for crown & bridge, 12 days for implants, 11 days for removables, 8 days for orthodontics. See rush options.
Frequently asked questions
All major intraoral scanners, including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, CEREC, DEXIS, Medit, Carestream, Planmeca, and Shining 3D. If you are unsure about yours, call the lab and we will confirm.
For most case types, no. Implant cases need a correctly identified scan body, and complex or full-arch cases may need supplementary physical records. When in doubt, call before submitting.
